• Introduce your company and give a summary of the company and what it produces to gain revenue (Products, services, etc). Why do they exist?
• Analyze their revenue over the past five years. Has it been steadily increasing? Has there been an unexpected downturn? If so, why?
• Analyze their competitive environment by discussing at least three of the forces in Porter’s Five Forces (Competitors, New Entrants, Bargaining power of Suppliers, Bargaining power of Customers, and substitute Products available).
• Create a SWOT analysis that explains the internal strengths and weaknesses and external      opportunities and threats for this company.
