Look at other companies. Is your company’s dividends greater or less than other companies in the same or similar industry? Give me the numbers and examples.
3. I would like you to watch at least 30 min of NBC TV (645 Comcast), (You may choose another financial channel like Bloomer, or NPR Nightly Business Report. DO NOT watch Fox Business they propagandize their reports. Not a regular news channel.) If you watch a video, not a live TV show it must be from the week in which you are viewing it.
If you are not a cable subscriber and have trouble finding a financial channel for Stock Assignment #2 you may use PBS.
Disclose the channel, title of the show and the date; describe one Financial or Business NEWS ITEM . Do not use NOT COVID 19, nor INFLATION or RECESSION OR ANYTHING THAT IS JUST AN EFFECT OF A NEWS EVENT. Also you may not use the economy slowing, stocks rising/crashing or a company delivering results, again they are the result of a news events)
NOT ABOUT your STOCK BUT A BUSINESS NEWS EVENT. unrelated.
Just make sure you give details about the effect that this business news event has made and how you think it affected business in general, not your Company. Then tell me if it affected the business of your particular Company in the same way? why/why not? These business channels not only cover stocks but also the news with an emphasis on its affect on business.
